Work on this dispute included assessing the appropriate method of damages calculation and the country’s contemporaneous telecommunications market.
  • Central American Green Energy Arbitration; Breach of Contract; ICSID. Assisted in filing an expert report on damages involving the construction of two hydroelectric power plants. Work on this matter included assessing the appropriate method of quantifying damages from the alleged breach and industry research and application on behalf of the Respondent.
  • Latin American Public Transportation Arbitration; Breach of Contract; ICSID. Assisted in filing an expert report on damages in a dispute involving a concession for the installation and operation of taxi meters and a mobile taxi application in Mexico City. Work on this matter included assessing the appropriate method of damages calculation.
  • Central American Agricultural Arbitration; Expropriation; Assisted in filing an expert report on damages involving the cultivation and sale of avocados. Work on this dispute included assessing the appropriate method of damages calculation and reviewing comparable company analysis.
  • Middle Eastern Pharmaceutical Arbitration; Expropriation and Fair and Equitable Treatment; Assisted in filing an expert report on damages involving the manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical products.   • Balkans Advertising Arbitration; Expropriation and Fair and Equitable Treatment, ICSID. Assisted in filing an expert report for a dispute involving a long-term contract for out-of-home advertising in Belgrade. Work on this dispute included comparable company analysis research in emerging markets on behalf of Respondent.
  • Central Asian Hotel Arbitration; Expropriation ICSID. Dispute involving the management and operations of four tourist resorts in the Kyrgyz Republic. Work on this matter included assessing the appropriate method of damages calculation and finding indications of value for expropriated land.
